Your gift changes the lives of children and adults living with life-limiting and life-ending illnesses. It ensures they will never be turned away due to an inability to pay for their life-enhancing care.

The Foundation of Community Hospice & Palliative Care generates philanthropic and community support to help the nearly 1,600 patients and their families who are served daily by Community Hospice & Palliative Care ® to live better with advanced illness.

Contributions go directly to meet the unfunded and underfunded patient care needs of adults and children in the communities we serve. Services include Community PēdsCare®, a nationally recognized pediatric palliative and hospice program, as well as professional education and community outreach programs that help people understand advanced illness and have access to our services.
