The Foundation of Community Hospice and Palliative Care recently unveiled its remodeled Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus conference center at 1355 US 1 S.
The Chapman Center is now available as a meeting and event venue for local organizations. The spaces include audiovisual equipment and a catering kitchen. Community Hospice and Palliative Care also offers free community-benefit services such as grief support groups, advanced care planning and other community education programs.
“These offerings reflect The Foundation’s commitment to removing barriers to care and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve,” the foundation said in a news release.
