Get ready for a major Halloween extravaganza as The Foundation of Community Hospice & Palliative Care celebrates 20 years of magic at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds Exhibition Hall from 2 to 7 p.m. Oct. 26. Presented by THE PLAYERS, this will be the final and most spectacular edition of Halloween Doors & More, a popular event that has enchanted Northeast Florida since its inception in 2005.

Participation in this milestone event will significantly impact Community PedsCare, the pediatric program of Community Hospice & Palliative Care. All proceeds from this event will provide essential services to children and families facing serious and life-limiting illnesses.
